DIY chewy M&M cookies

- 35 g flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 25 g butter
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- 15 g sugar
- 15 g brown sugar
- ¼ eggs

Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F. In a bowl mix flour and baking soda and whisk to combine. Add butter, vanilla extract, sugar, brown sugar, and salt to another bowl and beat with the hand mixer for approx. 5 min., or until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat until combined.

- 15 g M&M's
- 8 g chocolate chips
- rubber spatula
Stir flour mixture into butter-egg mixture and mix until well combined. Stir in some M&M’s and chocolate chips.

- 10 g M&M's

Using an ice cream scoop to portion the dough and transfer dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space for each cookie. Best is to place not more than 4 – 6 cookies on a baking sheet. Press some M&M’s onto each cookie and bake at 175°C/350°F for approx. 12 min., or until just golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Store them in an airtight container and enjoy!
