Melt the butter in a pan. Chop the biscuits using a rolling pin , put the melted butter in the bowl and add the biscuits crumble. Now mix.

• 3 tbsp sugar
• 300 g ricotta cheese

Put the ricotta cheese in the bowl, add the sugar. Stir and mix.

put the crumble base in the glass. Now put the ricotta cheese on it.

• 200 g strawberries

chop the strawberries. Then put in the glass, on the ricotta cheese layer

• 6 strawberries

Use a strawberry for decorating the glass. chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours and ... ENJOY!
