Bulgarian Moussaka

peal potato and carrot

- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrots
- 1 onions
chop onions, potato and carrot

fry the onions, then add potatos and carrots and some water

leave to cook with pan lid on until potatoes are soft. meanwhile pre heat oven to 200 degrees

- 150 g mixed ground meat
move cooked vegetables to a baking dish and fry the meat for 5 minutes with salt, pepper paprika powder in the pan

- 1 tbsp summer savory
mix meat, vegetables and savoury (chubritsa) in the dish

put in oven for 20 minutes
Step 8/9
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 eggs
- ½ pinch salt
mix two eggs in a bowl, add yogurt and pinch of salt
Step 9/9
cover the dish with yogurt mixture and then put back in oven on grill for 10 minutes
