buckwheat flour

100 g
Sugar
1 tsp
Salt
½ tbsp
baking powder
5 tbsp
milkStep 1/4
- 2 Egg
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp milk
In a clean bowl, beat the salt, sugar, eggs & milk until combined.
Step 2/4
- 200 g buckwheat flour
- ½ tbsp baking powder
Now, in another bowl add the flour, baking powder & mix well.
Step 3/4
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients while whisking continuously. Mix until well combined cookie dough consistency.
Step 4/4
Scoop out cookie dough on a lined baking tray & bake in a pre-heated oven for about 10-15mins at 175 degree C
