Blueberry panna cotta
Ingredients
Step 1/5
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 package whipped cream stabilizer
Whisk heavy cream with whipped cream stabiliser
Step 2/5
- 70 g sugar
- 200 g frozen blueberries
Heat frozen blueberries with sugar and cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens
Step 3/5
- 200 g quark
While the blueberries cook, add quark to the whipped cream and whisk together until smooth
Step 4/5
- 28 blueberries
Divide the whipped cream mixture into four small glasses, pour the blueberry mixture over it and top each panna cotta with fresh blueberries
Step 5/5
Let rest in the fridge for at least two hours
