- 2 banana (sliced)
- 1 cherry yogurt
- ⅓ cup protein powder
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup mixed berries (frozen)

Place all ingredients in a blender, until a smooth consistency is reached.
Step 2/2
- ½ cup crushed ice (optional)
Add crushed ice and serve immediately!
