Beef Stew

Step 1/8
- 500 g beef shanks

Clean the meat from unwanted parts like silver skin, fat etc. then chop the meat into cubes (prefered size)!

- 150 g onions
- ¾ tomatoes
- ½ white paprika

Prepare all other ingredients!
Step 3/8
Quickly burn the meat down! It gives a plus flavor to the meal.
Step 4/8
Take out the beef and put the onion in the pot with some fat! We have to cook it until it look like in this.
Step 5/8
Then add the tomato and the white paprika to the pot and cook until it collapses!
Step 6/8
Then take the pot away from fire and add all the other ingredients to the stew base! Wait a minute to release the flavor from spices!
Step 7/8
Put back to the fire and add the meat to it! Dont add water to it, because the meat is going to release some water! Wait until it evaporates. after that add some water to it! It is important to manage the amount of sauce. We want to keep it thick so, you have to add water un small portions.
Step 8/8
Cook the stew under cover until the melts in your mouth, after that adjust the sauce thickness without cover.
