Almond Chocolate Cake

- 25 g butter
- 25 g dark chocolate
- pot
melt butter and chocolate in a water bath

- 22½ g sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 25 g almond flour
- bowl
- whisk
combine sugar, almond flour and vanilla extract with the chocolate butter mixture.

- ½ eggs
crack the eggs in to the chocolate mixture and whisk until combined

- ¼ tbsp flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ pinch salt
- bowl
mix flour, salt and baking powder

- whisk
add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix until combined
Step 6/6
- cake ring
pour the mixture into a cake ring and bake by 160 degrees for 25 minutes
