White chocolate espresso shake

Step 1/2
- 80 ml vegan white vanilla chocolate
- 80 ml espressp
- 450 ml spelt almond drink
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- blender
- cutting board
- knife
Roughly chop white chocolate. Add chopped chocolate, espresso, spelt-almond drink, and sea salt to a blender and blend on high for approx. 1 min., or until combined.
Step 2/2
- vegan chocolate shavings for serving
- fine grater
Divide shake evenly into two glasses and shave more vegan chocolate on top. Enjoy!
