Warming Banana-Oat Smoothie

Step 1/2
- 2 banana
- 4 tbsp Oats
- 2 dates
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp grounded almonds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- bowl
Cut the banana same as the date into rough pieces. Together with the oats, the vanillin extract, the cinnamon and the grounded almonds, toss everything roughly together in a bowl or into something, where you can mix the ingredients well afterwards.

Heat the almond milk in a pot until it boils over. Then remove it from the heater and pour it into the bowl. Mix all together and enjoy :)
