"this is one of my all time favourite morning recipes. i normally make this ahead of time to make my morning easier. you can keep this in the fridge for about a week and it tastes so much better the next day after it has been made. this is also really great for the fall with apples being in season. you can also add many different fillings. one of my favourite additions sometimes is some chopped nuts like almonds, pecans, etc."

rolled oat⅜ cup
boiling water
¾
apples (diced)
⅛ cup
dairy free milk
¾ tbsp
maple syrup⅜ dash
cinnamon
⅜ dash
nutmeg⅜
banana (sliced)

preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2/5
- ⅜ cup rolled oat
- ⅜ cup boiling water
boil water. add boiling water to oats and let sit for 10 minutes
Step 3/5
- ¾ apples (diced)
- ⅛ cup dairy free milk
- ¾ tbsp maple syrup
- ⅜ dash cinnamon
- ⅜ dash nutmeg
- ⅜ banana (sliced)
add everything to the oats and mix until fully incorporated

bake for 30 mins or until golden on top
Step 5/5
serve either right out of the oven or set in the fridge and serve cold.
