One Bowl soaked Rajma
1/4 cup soya chunks
Green chillies
1 tsp Garam Masala
Coriander leaves
Ghee
2 tbsp corn flour
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
One chopped onion
5-6 chopped garlic cloves
5-6 cashew nuts
1/4 spoon Kewra water
1/4 spoon rose water
Step 1/3
- One Bowl soaked Rajma
- 1/4 cup soya chunks
- Green chillies
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 spoon Kewra water
- 1/4 spoon rose water
Put boiled Rajma and boiled soya in mixer and grind the paste; add all ingredients and mix

- Ghee
- One chopped onion
- 5-6 chopped garlic cloves
- 5-6 cashew nuts
Put ghee in Pan and add garlic, onion and cashew nuts; when onion turn soft and translucent then add the paste in Rajma paste and grind it again
Step 3/3
Put ghee on pan;take small portion of batter make small flat and put it on pan; turn both sides till it is brown and slightly crispy
