Tuna salad sandwich

Step 1/4
- ½ apple
- ¼ red onion
- 20 g pickles
- 10 g mint
- cutting board

Wash the apple, core, and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and dice. Dice the pickles. Pick the mint leaves and roughly chop.
Step 2/4
- 2 tsp capers
- 50 g cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 190 g canned tuna
- salt
- pepper

Put the apple, onion, pickles, and mint in a bowl along with the capers, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and vinegar. Drain the juice of the tuna well, add to the bowl, and carefully stir. Season with our BUTTERBROT BABY seasoning if liking, salt and pepper and let rest for approx. 10 min.
Step 3/4
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 tbsp butter
- frying pan
In the meantime, spread the bread slices with butter and brown in the pan over medium heat.
Step 4/4
- 2 leaves lettuce
Divide tuna mixture and lettuce leaves between sandwiches. Enjoy!
