Tomato bean burrito
Ingredients

- 45 g bacon
Fry the bacon lightly in a pan for approximately three minutes
Step 2/5
- 1 shallot
- 2 tomatoes
Add vegetable to the bacon and continue to lightly fry for five minutes
Step 3/5
- 1 package canned bean in tomato sauce
Add the tomato sauce to the pan, set the tempeature only to keep the food warm and stir everything together
Step 4/5
- 50 g Gouda cheese
Add the gouda cheese by small bits to pan and stir
Step 5/5
- 2 tortillas
- 6 tsp sour cream
- 4 leaves salad
Warm the tortillas in microwave, put the mixture from the pan to the tortillas. Cover the mixture with salad leaves and add few spoons of sour cream. Wrap the tortillas.
