silken tofu28⅓ g
crunchy peanut butter
21⅔ g
sugar
⅔ tbsp
soy milk
½ tsp
vanilla extract⅓
Pastry Case (19-20 cm)

Step 1/4
- 100 g silken tofu
- 28⅓ g crunchy peanut butter
- 21⅔ g sugar
- ⅔ tbsp soy milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- food processor
- blender
Combine the tofu, peanut butter, sugar, soy milk, and vanilla in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
Step 2/4
- ⅓ Pastry Case (19-20 cm)
- spatula
Spoon into the pastry case and spread evenly
Step 3/4
Place into a pre-heated oven at 180C, and cook for 30 minutes
Step 4/4
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve
