- 2 tbsp salt (for marinating)
- 2 tbsp garlic powder (for marinating)
- 1 tbsp onion powder (for marinating)
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper (for marinating)
- 1 tbsp coriander seed (for marinating)
Make a dry rub and season the meat
Step 2/6
- 4 Bones marrow
- 1 head garlic
- 1 onion
- 25 g thyme

Put into a tray all the ingredients
