- 4 corn tortillas
- cast iron crêpe pan
Warm the tortillas
Step 2/4
- 4 eggs
- nonstick pan
Make your eggs on a pan adding 1 tbsp of water and cover until is fully cooked
Step 3/4
- 1 slice onion
- 1 slice green bell pepper
- 2 pinch chili powder
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 pinch pepper
- cast iron crêpe pan
Sautéed the onions and green pepper with the chili powder, salt&pepper
Step 4/4
- ½ cup Chunky salsa
- plate
On a plate build the tacos, adding one egg on each tortilla the sauteed Onions and green peppers and the Chunky sauce! Enjoy!
