Sweet potato salad

Step 1/4
- 1⅓ sweet potatoes
- ⅔ broccoli
- ⅓ package sweet corn
- pot
- Baking tray
Boil broccoli and sweet corn. Cut sweet potatoes in cubes and sprinkle them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat up the oven and put it in to bake on 200 till ready.
Step 2/4
- 2 tomatoes
- ⅔ leek
- cutting board
- knife
Cut all the other vegetables in cubes, and mix it with the boiled vegetables.
Step 3/4
- ⅔ tbsp mustard
- ⅔ tbsp olive oil
- ⅔ lemon juice
- ⅔ tsp honey
- ⅔ tsp Chilly pepper
- ⅔ tsp tahini
- Mixer
- juicer
Make a dressing. Mix olive oil, mustard, tahini, honey, chilli pepper, and lemon juice. Mix it until homogeneous.
Step 4/4
- bowl
- cooking spoon
Mix everything together and add the dressing.
