Ingredients

10 tsp
non-fat Greek yogurt
8 bars
surimi sticks
2 tsp
mirin
4 pinches
ground black Pepper
2 pinch
garlic powder
  • Step 1/2

    • 10 tsp non-fat Greek yogurt
    • 2 tsp mirin
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 4 pinches ground black Pepper
    • 2 pinch garlic powder

    Add mirin, soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper to greek yogurt. Mix well.

  • Step 2/2

    • 8 bars surimi sticks
    • 90 g cabbages
    • 90 g cucumbers

    Add diced cucumbers, cabbage and surimi to the yogurt mix. Mix well so all vegetables are coated.
