"This is my go to low-carb salad when I’m hungry. If you like salads but disklike vinegar dressings, this salad offers you sweet and salty taste with a bit of umami from the surimi sticks."

Step 1/2
- 10 tsp non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 4 pinches ground black Pepper
- 2 pinch garlic powder
Add mirin, soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper to greek yogurt. Mix well.
Step 2/2
- 8 bars surimi sticks
- 90 g cabbages
- 90 g cucumbers
Add diced cucumbers, cabbage and surimi to the yogurt mix. Mix well so all vegetables are coated.
