Spring salad

- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground coriander
- ⅛ tsp dried basil
- ⅛ tsp dill
- ⅛ tsp parsley
- ⅛ tsp bay leaf
- ⅛ tsp fenugreek seeds
- ⅛ tsp dried mint
- ¼ tsp celery
- ⅛ tsp summer savory
- 1 tsp water

Prepare seasoning: all the dried ingredients mix together in a cup (if you are lucky enough and you can find seasoning "khmeli-suneli", then just put 1,5 tsp of this seasoning in a cup instead of the mixture of herbs). Boil some water and add a tablespoon of hot-hot water to the seasoning. Cover the cup with a plate(or any other subject that you have).

- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 package mixed lettuce

Make a salad: salad leaves can into medium squares, cut a bell pepper in cubes and cut the cherries into halves. Put all the vegetables together in a bowl, mix them.
Step 3/3
Put off the plate from the cup with the seasoning, add two spoons of vinegar and mix it. Then all a spoon of oil (sunflower or olive). Mix it once again and then pour into the salad bowl on the vwgetable mixture. Mix all together and enjoy the meal!
