Spinach potatoes soup

2 pots, colander, 3 cutting boards, grater, bowl, cooking spoon
Step 1/10
- 133⅓ g spinach
- pot

Wash the spinach and give it a 3 min boil from the moment the water started to boil. Simmer it and chop it in big pieces

- 1⅓ potatoes
- cutting board
Peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes. Size them as you wish
Step 3/10
- ⅓ carrot
- grater
Peel the carrot and shred it.
Step 4/10
- ⅔ onions
- cutting board
Peel the onion and cut it in small pieces
Step 5/10
- ⅓ egg yolk
- ⅓ clove garlic
- 1⅓ tbsp cream
- bowl
Take the garlic and smash it and mix it with the egg yolk and the cream.

- 1 tbsp sunflower oil

Add oil in a pan and sauté the onion for few minutes together with the bacon (bacon should come in small pieces/little cubes)
Step 7/10
Add the carrot and the potatoes on the top of the onion and bacon and continue sauté it for few more minutes . Add a bit of water and leave it until the potatoes are half boiled.
Step 8/10
Add the spinach and add more water (add water depending on how thick you want the soup to be) . Let it boil altogether until the potatoes are boiled. Add salt and pepper.

Once it is done take it away from heat and add the lemon, the mix of garlic, yolk and cream. If you want it more sour, you can add more lemon.

Add the chopped dill. You can also skip this if you do not like dill and add other green of your choice
