Œ lb
chopped spinach
⅛ lb
pistachio
1 tbsp
olive oil
⅛ lb
fromage blanc
1 tsp
salt
œ tsp
pepper
œ clove
garlic
œ tsp
parsley
  • Step 1/4

    Grind the pistachio into a fine powder. Drain the spinach.

  • Step 2/4

    Mix the spinach, pistachio, fromage blanc and parmesan.

  • Step 3/4

    Add salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix into a paste.

  • Step 4/4

    Smooth out the paste and cover with remaining olive oil. Let it rest for 25 minutes.
