whole-wheat fusilli
200 g
spinach50 g

red wine vinegar

- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 g whole-wheat fusilli
- 200 g spinach
Put the pasta and the garlic in a pan, boil for about 7 min, add the spinach and boil for another 5 min
Step 2/4
- ⅓ tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
Put the spinach, the garlic, parmesan cheese, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and some water from boiling the pasta in a blender and blend.

Put the sauce in the pasta and mix
Step 4/4
- 75 g ricotta cheese
Put the pasta on a plate with some of the ricotta cheese on top.
