Feta Pasta

Step 1/4
- 1 lb pasta

To about 3 cups of water in the pot add some salt and add the pasta of your liking. Let it boil as long as the instructions in the packaging of the pasta recommend.
Step 2/4
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomato
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 tsp sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pinches oregano

To a pan add sliced in half cherry tomatoes, 2-3 cloves of garlic, a block of Feta Cheese, a tbs of sower cream or cream cheese and some oregano and drizzle the extra virgin olive oil all over it. Add salt if the feta cheese is not salty enough.
Step 3/4
- ¼ cup pasta water
Add pasta water to the pan. Then put it in the oven at 350° for 25min.
Step 4/4
- 1 pinch pepper
- fork
- plate
Take the pan out of the oven. First mash the garlic cloves with a fork. Then add the pasta to the sauce in the pan and mix it all together. Serve it with some pepper or some Feta Cheese on top. Enjoy!
