Cut the potatoes in half moons

Cook the potatoes in the microwave for 5 minutes with a bit of oil and salt

Stir the potatoes and repeat the last step

- 1 onion

Cut the onion in half moons

- nonstick cooking spray
- nonstick pan
Put the onions in a pan and cook till they’re a bit transparent

Add the potatoes to the pan

- 4 eggs
Wisk the eggs
Step 8/9
Put the content of the pan in the bowl where you have the eggs and stir. Let rest for some minutes

Put the mix in a pan and when it’s cooked with the help of a plate turn the “tortilla”
