Spaghetti Alfredo

Step 1/9
- ⅜ package spaghetti
- pot
Cook the spaghetti in boiling hot water using the instructions on package

- ⅜ tbsp vegetable oil
- ⅜ tsp salted butter
- nonstick pan
Heat the oil and add butter so it melts in a nonstick pan

- ⅜ bulb onion
- ¾ cloves garlic
- chopping board
- knife
- garlic crusher
Chop the onion finely and crush the garlic
Step 4/9
- spatula
Cook the onions until they're translucent then add the garlic
Step 5/9
- ¼ cup chicken stock
Add the Chicken stock and let it simmer until it reduces

- 7¼ fl oz heavy cream
Add the heavy cream and stir

- ⅜ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
when the while mixture has reduced and starts to bubble in the sides of the pan add the salt and pepper then the parmesan

Add the thick alfredo sauce to the spaghetti and mix it all together until all the spaghetti is coated

- parsley (for garnish)
Serve the spaghetti Alfredo and garnish with parsley
