Soyabean chunks gravy

Step 1/4
- 100 g Soyabean chunks
- 1 tbsp salt

Add water in the pan and let it bowl until bubbles start coming on surface. Then add soya chunks in the pan, stir it and let it bowl until water comes to its boiling point. Then turn off the heat and let it cool down for several minutes. After cooling down, squeeze the water out of the chunks with you hands and set them aside in container
Step 2/4
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Medium Onion
- 3 Medium Tomato
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger
Now add oil in the pan on medium heat. First, add sliced onions and tomatoes. Stir for 2-3 minutes and then add ginger and garlic in it. Stir the mixture until tomatoes get soft and onions get light brown. Take the mixture and blend it well to form a paste using blender.
Step 3/4
- 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
Again add oil in pan on low heat. Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder in the oil for obtaining better colour in the dish. Secondly, add the paste created in the previous step. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes until oil starts separating from the mixture. Add cumin powder, ground coriander, salt accordingly and keep stirring.
Step 4/4
- 2 tbsp cream
Now we’ll add boiled soyabean chunks in the pan and mix it well with the mixture. Add 1 or 1.5 glass of water (depends how thick you want gravy). After 5-7 minutes, when soyabean chunks seems well cooked, finally add fresh cream. Stir it for 5 minutes more and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
