"This is a recipe I cook and used to cook growing up in Argentina. This is the traditional chimichurri. If you like you can add red peppers, onion, black pepper, but this is the original recipe ! Enjoy !"

Ingredients

¼ bulb
Garlic
¼ cup
Parsley
¼ oz
Oregano
⅛ cup
White vinagre
½ cups
Canola oil
¼ tsp
Salt
Step 1/4
- ¼ bulb Garlic
- ¼ cup Parsley
- ¼ oz Oregano
Chop the garlic, oregano and the parsley. Chop them finely. Place in a small bowl.
Step 2/4
- ⅛ cup White vinagre
- ½ cups Canola oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
Add the oil, vinagre and salt. Stir.
Step 3/4
If possible let it sit on the fridge for 24 hours. It will taste amazing !
Step 4/4
Serve immediately or refrigerate. If chilled, return to room temperature before serving. Can keep for a week or two. Enjoy this Argentine chimichurri !
