- 1 banana (frozen)
- 100 g mangoes (frozen)
- 100 g raspberries (frozen)
- 50 g blueberries (frozen)
- 20 ml oat milk

Throw the frozen ingredients and the splash of milk in the blender and mix

Put the mix in your favorite smoothie bowl
Step 3/3
- ½ banana
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 50 g granola
- 20 g coconut pieces
- 20 g walnuts
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp frozen fruit
