Sleepover chicken wings

- ⅓ tbsp hot paprika powder (for marinating)
- ⅛ tbsp salt (for marinating)
- ⅛ tbsp chili powder (for marinating)
- ⅛ tsp ginger (grated, for marinating)
- ⅛ tsp onion powder (for marinating)
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder (for marinating)
- ⅛ tbsp ground cumin (for marinating)
- ⅛ tsp ground coriander (for marinating)
- ⅛ tbsp pepper (for marinating)

make a spice mix
Step 2/9

take 2 tbsp of the spice mix and save it for later
Step 3/9
- 2 strips chicken wings
- spatula
take your chicken wings and toss them in the leftover spice mix

marinate your chicken for 30 minutes

- ¾ tbsp flour (for breading)
- ⅛ tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tbsp cornflour
- spoon
make the breading
Step 6/9
- tongs
add the breading to the marinated chicken wings

- baking tray
bake the chicken wings now for 30 mins at 425°f

- ¼ tbsp butter (cool, for coating)
- pan
make the spicy sauce to go on top with butter and the saved spice mix

add the spicy sauce on top of your cooked chicken wings
