Step 1/4
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 blood orange, zest of
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a bundt pan and dust with flour. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, orange zest, olive oil and salt until well blended, then add the yogurt and mix until combined.
Step 2/4
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp baking soda

Sift the flour with baking powder and soda over the batter. Fold until no flour clumps remains. Pour most of the batter into the pan, reserving 2-3 tbsp for the next step.
Step 3/4
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½ oz milk chocolate
- ½ tsp instant coffee powder
- 1 tsp butter

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl with the butter. Add it to the reserved batter along with the cocoa powder and instant coffee. Mix well untill an even, smooth chocolaty batter results. Pour it in a ring-shape line over the batter.

Bake the cake in the oven until well risen and golden brown on top, about 30-35 min, a cake tester should comes out clean if inserted into the middle. Cool on a rack and enjoy!
