Salmon with creamy spinach

- 1 salmon fillet
Season salmon with salt and pepper on both side.

- olive oil (for frying)

In a frying pan, heat up olive oil. Add salmon fillet to the pan, skin side down until the skin becomes crispy.

- 200 g spinach
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp flour
- 200 ml milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ package stock cube
- cooking spoon
Add butter to the pan, sauté garlic add flour and mix. Pour milk and keep whisk it until it turns creamy then add spinach. Season it with garlic powder, salt, pepper, stock cube. Let cook for approx 2-3 minutes.
