Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower with garlic
Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

- Œ head Broccoli, cut into florets
- œ head Cauliflower, cut into florets
In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower and broccoli florets. Add sliced onions to it.

- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- Ÿ tsp salt
- œ tbsp Italian herb mixture
- 1 tbsp olive oil
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Sal, garlic and herbs. Pour mixture over veggies and toss.
Step 4/5
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Spread veggies on to a baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over veggies.
Step 5/5
Cook in preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes until veggies begin to brown on the edges.
