350 g
butter2 tbsp
golden syrup
175 g
brown sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract75 g
Plain flour
375 g
Oats
100 g
chocolate chip or raisin
Step 1/4
Pre heat oven to 180c
Step 2/4
Butter, golden syrup, sugar and vanilla extract in a pan. Simmer and stir to melt the butter. When smooth, take off heat and add flour and oats.
Step 3/4
Add to a Swiss roll tin (10x15in)
Step 4/4
Bake for 20/25 minutes or until golden.
