Ingredients

Roasted pumpkin
½ tsp
ground nutmeg
½ tsp
ground cloves
½ tsp
ground cardamom
2 tsp
ground allspice
1 tsp
stevia
½ tsp
baking powder
½ tsp
salt
  • Step 1/3

    • 200 g almond flour
    • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    • ½ tsp ground cloves
    • ½ tsp ground cardamom
    • 2 tsp ground allspice
    • 1 tsp stevia
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt

    In a food processor, combine all the dry ingredients.

    • 85 g Roasted pumpkin
    • 3 eggs

    In a small bowl, crack the eggs and stir with the roasted pumpkin. Add the mixture to the food processor and pulse for about 2 minutes.

  • Step 3/3

    Scoop the batter into a baking loaf and bake on a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 50 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
