potato dumplings filled with prunes and raspberry sauce

Step 1/3

- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 20 g sugar

wash the potatoes and put them to boil till they are soft, in a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with sugar and vanilla put a pan with 2 spoons of oil and cook for 4 minutes the breadcrumbs mix. you have to mix continuously to prevent the burn of the breadcrumbs, after 4 minutes put aside to cool down.
Step 2/3
put in another bowl flour, semolina and oil, then take the boiled potatoes and mash them like a puree, put them in the flour semolina and oil mix and mix all together till you have a greasy non sticky dough. In a pot put 500 ml of water for boil medium heat till the water is boiling take pieces from the dough to form a ball, press on your palm the dough ball and place inside the drained prunes (you can use other fruits or jam or even chocolate)
Step 3/3
- 100 g potatoes (cooked)
- 25 g flour
- 24 g canned prunes
- 14 g semolina
- 20 ml vegetable oil
- salt

Close the dough ball in all the corners to prevent to open up, after that roll them with you palms and put them in the boiling water for about 8-10 minutes. don't put all of them in the same time cause they can stick together and become soft only 2 per 10 minutes. After they are boiled roll them in breadcrumbs mix and put them on the plate to cool down and serve them with any fruit sauce you want. Enjoy ☺
