Porridge with zucchini ("Fluffy Hulk")

Step 1/3
- 400 ml milk
- ½ zucchini
- saucepan
- grater
Pour milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Meanwhile, grate zucchini into a bowl.
Step 2/3
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1½ tbsp flaxseeds (ground)
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 banana
- cooking spoon

Add rolled oats, flax seeds, agave nectar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the milk. Mix everything together and simmer over low to medium heat for approx. 5 min. In the meantime, mash banana with a fork.
Step 3/3
Add grated zucchini and mashed banana to the pot as well and simmer for another 5 min. until desired consistency is reached. Serve the porridge with various toppings as desired.
