Peach Burrata salad
Ingredients

Step 1/3
- 80 g sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 tbsp sugar
- nonstick pan
In a hot pan add butter, sugar, and almond. Mix well for couple of minutes until the almonds are gold. Once done, on a dish sprinkle some sugar ( sugar prevent the Caramelised almond to stick on the plate) and transfer the Caramelised almonds. And again sprinkle a bit of sugar on top to give them a crispy texture. Then Put aside.
Step 2/3
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- oregano
- salt
For the sauce, in bowl add balsamic, olive oil, salt, oregano and mix.
Step 3/3
- 1 peach ( sliced)
- 1 burrata cheese
- Raspberries for decoration
- edible flower ( optional for decoration)
- 1 Endive
Start plating the design you like. For example you put the slices of peach in form to create a flower in the middle of it the burrata decorated with raspberries and addible flowers topped with the sauce and Caramelised almonds
