Spicy pasta with white asparagus and olives

- 500 g white asparagus
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chili
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- 1 knife
- 1 cutting board
Peel the asparagus and cut into slices. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Then finely slice the chili peppers and halve the cherry tomatoes. Finally, cut the lemon in half.

Coarsely crush the olives.

Put on the pasta water. Heat olive oil in a pan. Then sauté the asparagus for 1 min. Then add the chili peppers, onion and garlic and sauté for 5 min. Now add the cherry tomatoes and deglaze with the juice of half a lemon.

- 100 g butter

- 4 sprigs marjoram

Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Add the olives and butter to the pan and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add about 150 ml of pasta water to the asparagus so everything is glazed nicely. In the meantime, pluck the marjoram. Then drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss everything well. Sprinkle the marjoram on top and serve.
