Ingredients

Step 1/8

Cut vegetables (red onion, red pointed pepper, garlic, tomatoes)
Step 2/8
- 1 red pointed peppers
- 1œ cloves garlic
- 25 ml olive oil
- œ red onion

Add 25ml olive oil in pan and add garlic, onion and red pointed pepper. Stir vegetables on medium to high heat.
Step 3/8
- œ bag tomato
- œ tbsp salt
- œ tbsp pepper
Add tomatoes, tsp pepper and tsp salt and stir. Cook on medium heat for 5 min (until tomatoes are soft).
Step 4/8
- 25 ml red wine (optional)
Add red wine (preferred amount). Cook on medium heat for another 5 min.
Step 5/8
- 250 g fusilli
In the meantime, cook fusilli pasta in water. Add olive oil and salt. Use cooking instructions from packaging.
Step 6/8
- 250 g Passata di pomodoro
- œ package basil
Add Passata and add basil. Stir through and cook for another 5 min on medium to high heat.
Step 7/8
- œ tbsp chili flakes
Add chili flakes (and add salt and pepper to the liking of your own taste). Stir on low-medium heat for a bit and add cooked pasta in the sauce pan.
Step 8/8
- 125 g Parmesan cheese (optional)

Put the pasta on a plate and add Parmesan and basil to your own liking!
