"The idea behind this drink came after a long exploration of Perú in all its beauty. Taking inspirations from the locals and their favourite drink: Pisco produced in the dry Ica desert. This version blends Pisco together with the sweetness of the Passion Fruit or maracuja, the spiciness of the local chilly "Aji Amarillo" and the sourness of the ever present Lime to give a flavourful experience of Peru's most iconic ingredients. - 8 Aji Amarillo
- 400 ml sugar
- 400 water
- blender
- filter
- bottle (small)
Prepare Aji Syrup: blend in mixer aji, sugar and water. Filter, blend, filter. Let it sit 1-2 days. the more it sits, the spicier
Step 2/3
- 120 ml Pisco Quebranta
- 40 ml Aji Syrup
- 30 ml lime juice
- 2 passion fruit
- cocktail shaker
put all ingredients in blender
Step 3/3
- 1 passion fruit (for garnish)
- 1 tsp merken
garnish with a mix of sugar/salt+merken and with half shell of passion fruit floating
