Utensils
2 fine sieves, fork
Step 1/13
- 41⅔ ml flour
- fine sieve
Sift 2 cups of flour into your bowl
Step 2/13
- ⅛ tbsp Sugar
- fine sieve
Sift the 2 Tbsp of sugar into the flour
Step 3/13
- ⅛ pinch Salt
Sprinkle your pinch of salt into the dry ingredients

- ⅛ tsp baking powder
Now put in your 2 tsp of baking powder into your dry ingredients

- ⅛ tbsp butter
Now melt your 2 Tbsp of butter in a small pot on low heat

- ⅛ eggs
- 41⅔ ml Milk
- fork
Once your butter is melted in another bowl pour your 2 cups milk and add your 2 eggs and beat with a fork till combined

Now slowly pour in your milk and egg mixture into the dry ingredients

Once you have added all of your milk and egg mixture add your butter into the same bowl

Mix till combined and put in the fridge for 30 mins
Step 10/13
Once 30 mins is up you can remove it from the fridge and get a pan coat it with butter and spoon in as much batter as you want into the pan

Your batter should be quite runny if you prefer a thicker batter you can just add more flour

This recipe can also be used for mini flap jacks now once your pancakes are cooked enjoy them with some toppings of your choice
