ground cardamom
1 tbsp
ground cumin1 tbsp
ground coriander½ tbsp
ground black pepper
½ tbsp
ground cloves
1 tbsp
ground nutmeg
1 tbsp
ground cinnamon1 tbsp
ground allspice
½ tbsp
ground ginger
Step 1/1
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- ½ tbsp ground black pepper
- ½ tbsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground allspice
- ½ tbsp ground ginger
In a bowl, mix all of your ingredients till the mixture looks even, transfer to an airtight spice jar and store in a cool dark cupboard away from direct sunlight for up to a 2 years
