Nutella-filled pancakes

- 2 egg
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp oats
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk
- whisk

Whisk egg. Add flour, oats, yogurt, and milk. Whisk well.
Step 2/2
- 6 tsp Nutella
- oil for frying
- frying pan
- spatula
Heat up oil in a frying pan so that the pancakes won’t stick. Spoon pancake batter into the pan, using a tablespoon for each one. Add a teaspoon of Nutella on top of each pancake, then cover with another tablespoon of pancake batter. Flip after approx. 3 – 4 min. when golden. Serve warm.
