NO sugar Banana Coconut Cookies

- ¼ Very ripe bananas

Preheat your oven to 170 C / 325 F. Then, in a large bowl cut the bananas into slices and mash them with a fork.

- 12½ g rolled oats

Put the oats in a blender, and blend them well until you have oat flour.

- 6¼ g unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ tbsp honey
- ⅛ tbsp coconut oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
Then, add the oats, shredded coconut, honey, coconut oil and salt into the bowl with the bananas. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes, so that the oats to absorb the moisture.

Then, break the chocolate into small pieces, add them to the mixture and mix once more.

Place a baking sheet on a tray and with a tablespoon, measure each cookie and place it on the baking sheet. Then, break the remaining dark chocolate into small pieces and spread them onto the cookies. Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
