buckwheat

flaxseeds

coconut oil
22¼ g
agave nectar
¼ pinch

- 13⅓ g seed mix for salads
- 15½ g rolled oats
- 11⅛ g buckwheat
- 4½ g flaxseeds
- 6⅔ g agave nectar
- 22¼ g agave nectar
- ¼ pinch salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then pour into a granola bar mold or spread on a baking sheet.

Bake the bars at 170°C/75°F for approx. 20 min. If the bars were made in a mold, let them cool and then gently remove them from the mold. If the bars were baked on a tray, the mass dissolves a little and should be cut while still warm.
