Ingredients

2 cups
Rolled oats
½ cup
Chopped almonds
½ cup
Pepitas
2 tbsp
Chia seeds
¼ cup
Honey
2 tbsp
Coconut oil, melted
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
½ tsp
Cinnamon
  • Step 1/5

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    • 2 cups Rolled oats
    • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl

    • 2 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Melt coconut oil until liquid. Combine with honey and vanilla extract.

    Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are evenly coated. Spread granola onto baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

    Allow granola to cool. Set in freezer for another 20 minutes to solidify granola for larger chunks (optional).
