- 62½ g butter
- 50 g sugar
Let butter soften. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.

- 1 eggs
Add eggs.
Step 3/5
- ½ packages vanilla pudding powder
Stir in pudding powder.
Step 4/5
- ¼ kg low-fat quark
Add quark and mix for approx. 5 min.
Step 5/5
Add the dough to a well greased cake tin and let bake at 170°C for approx. 60 min.
