⅓ cup
sugar
⅛ tsp
lemon
1⅓
egg whites
⅓ tsp
vanilla extract

Utensils

baking pan, stand mixer with whisk, piping bag

  • Step 1/8

    • baking pan

    Butter your pans

  • Step 2/8

    Preheat oven to 240

  • Step 3/8

    • 1⅓ egg whites

    Separate yoke from egg whites

  • Step 4/8

    • stand mixer with whisk

    Put egg whites in mixer

  • Step 5/8

    • ⅓ cup sugar

    Slowly incorporate sugar

  • Step 6/8

    • ⅛ tsp lemon
    • ⅓ tsp vanilla extract

    Add vanilla extract and lemon

  • Step 7/8

    Whisky until high peak forms

  • Step 8/8

    • piping bag

    Pipe into baking pans and put into oven
