Matcha smoothie bowl with chia seeds

- 1 avocado
- 2 bananas
- 230 g mangoes (frozen)
- 1 lime
- 4 tbsp agave nectar
- 300 ml almond milk
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- knife

- blender (e.g. Bosch VitaBoost)
- citrus press
Halve the avocado and remove the seed. Scoop the flesh of both halves into the blender. Peel and add bananas to the blender with the frozen mango, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave nectar, almond milk, and matcha powder. Blend until smooth (using your blender's smoothie function).

Add the smoothie to a bowl. Top with sliced kiwi, toasted almonds, banana, cocoa nibs, passion fruit, chia seeds, and fresh mint. Enjoy!
